Norton 360 – System Requirements

Norton™ 360 is compatible with Windows PC™, Mac,® Android™ and iOS devices. Not all features are available on all devices and platforms. Norton Parental Control, Norton Cloud Backup and Norton SafeCam are not currently supported on Mac OS.

Windows operating systems®

• Microsoft® Windows 10 and 11 (all versions), except Windows 10S.
• Microsoft Windows 8/8.1 (all versions). Some protection features are not available in the Windows 8 Start screen navigation mode.
• Microsoft Windows 7 (all versions) with Service Pack 1 (SP 1) or newer.

Mac operating systems®

• Current version and the two previous versions of Mac® OS.
• Unsupported features: Norton Family, Norton Cloud Backup.

Android™ operating systems

• Android 6.0 or newer. You must have the Google Play app installed.
  Automatic app scanning on Google Play is supported on Android 4.1 or newer, except on Samsung devices. Samsung devices with Android 4.2 or newer are supported. For older Android versions, you must use the Share function of Google Play to scan apps on Google Play.

iOS operating systems

• iPhone or iPad devices with the current version and the two previous versions of Apple® iOS
